Cookie Policy

People usually say “cookies” for everything a website stores. On nolmark.co the distinction matters, because almost everything we store is not a cookie.

• Cookies are small values sent back to a server with every request. Nolmark’s own website code does not set any cookies.
• localStorage stays on your device until you or your browser clears it. It is never automatically sent to a server.
• sessionStorage is cleared when the browsing session or tab ends. It is also never automatically sent to a server.

Nolmark uses localStorage and sessionStorage for consent, Toolkit results and Intelligence journey continuity. Third-party cookies can only appear on this site if a tag you have consented to sets them.

These keep the website working and cannot be switched off. They map to Consent Mode’s security_storage and functionality_storage, which are always granted.

Analytics helps us understand which content, tools and journeys are useful. Nothing in this category runs until you allow it, and analytics_storage stays denied until then.

At the date of this policy no Google Analytics 4 property is installed in the page source. If one is added later, it will only fire under granted analytics consent.

No advertising, remarketing or social pixel is currently installed on this website — no Google Ads tag, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag. The marketing category exists so that if any such technology is introduced, it is gated from the start.

While marketing consent is denied, Consent Mode keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and personalization_storage denied.

The site loads Google Tag Manager container GTM-TQ8CBPKB once per page, plus its no-script fallback frame. Tag Manager is a container: on its own it performs no analytics and sets no advertising cookies.

• Consent Mode v2 defaults are declared before the container loads, so no optional tag can act on a first visit.
• A stored consent choice is re-applied at the same moment on later visits.
• Your choice is also published to the site's data layer so container tags can respect it.
• Any cookies you may see from googletagmanager.com or a downstream Google service would be set by a consented tag, not by Nolmark's own code.

• Google Fonts — typefaces are requested from Google's font hosts when a page loads.
• The AI model gateway used by the Intelligence Assistant is called from our server, not from your browser.
• WhatsApp and social links only open when you click them, and are then governed by those platforms.

On every page load, a default consent state is declared with all optional categories denied. When you make a choice, a consent update is issued immediately and your decision is written to the versioned record described above. If our consent policy version changes, the stored record is treated as expired and you are asked again.

Necessary technologies are always granted, because the site cannot function without them.

Open the preferences panel at any time — from the footer, or here: Privacy Preferences. Changes take effect straight away.

To remove everything stored locally, clear site data for nolmark.co in your browser settings. This also clears your consent record, so the banner will appear again.
