These terms apply to your use of the Nolmark website at nolmark.co, including its Knowledge Centre, Business Growth Toolkit, Intelligence Assistant and enquiry forms. By using the site you accept them.

The website is informational. Using it does not create a client, advisory or contractual relationship with Nolmark. Engagements begin only under a separate written agreement.

These terms cover this website only. They do not govern ARRIYIA — Personal Intelligence Platform, built on NoVA, whose application is hosted separately at arriyia.nolmark.co. Use of that application is governed by whatever terms are presented within it.

The Nolmark name, the NoVA and ARRIYIA names, logos, wordmarks and visual identity are Nolmark’s property. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use them.

The site’s design, structure, copy, frameworks, illustrations, code and the methodologies expressed in it are owned by Nolmark or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Articles, insights, learning paths, resources, frameworks and case studies in the Knowledge Centre are published for professional reading. You may:

• read, print and share links for your own or your organisation's internal use;
• quote short extracts with clear attribution to Nolmark and a link to the source page.

You may not, without our written permission:

• republish, resell, syndicate or redistribute our content as your own or as part of a commercial offering;
• reproduce whole articles, frameworks or case-study narratives;
• scrape or bulk-extract the site, or use its content to train a model or build a derivative dataset or product;
• remove or alter attribution.

Client names, brands and project work shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for reference.

Business Growth Toolkit results — assessment scores, budget plans, ROI estimates, competitor snapshots, proposals and growth paths — are generated from the inputs you provide, using generalised models and assumptions.

• You own the inputs you enter, and you may use the resulting output for your own business planning.
• Outputs are estimates and planning aids. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and they do not forecast or guarantee any result.
• The underlying tools, scoring logic and templates remain Nolmark's intellectual property and may not be reproduced or rebuilt as a competing product.

The Intelligence Assistant produces a diagnosis, priorities, a roadmap, an action plan and resource recommendations from the goal you describe, with the help of a third-party AI model.

• Output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, generalised or wrong. It is not reviewed by a person before you see it.
• It is decision support, not professional advice, and not a commitment by Nolmark to any scope, timeline, price or outcome.
• Verify anything material before acting on it, and please do not submit confidential or personal information in your prompt.
• You may use the output for your own planning; the assistant, its logic and its content remain Nolmark's intellectual property.

All content, tools and outputs on this website are provided for general information and decision support. They do not take account of your specific circumstances, and they are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction.

Metrics, benchmarks and examples describe past or illustrative situations. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of comparable results.

The site links to and depends on third-party services — including Google Tag Manager, Google Fonts, an AI model gateway, WhatsApp, and our LinkedIn, Instagram and X profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the site available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of the site, including any tool or the Intelligence Assistant, without notice. Content may be updated or removed at any time.

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server functions, its infrastructure or any connected system;
• probe, scan, overload, disrupt or attempt to bypass security or rate controls;
• scrape, crawl abusively, or use automated means to extract content or exhaust our server or AI capacity;
• submit malicious code, spam, deceptive enquiries, or false or impersonated details;
• submit another person's personal data or confidential information without a right to do so;
• reverse-engineer, copy or repurpose the Toolkit or Intelligence logic to build a competing service;
• misrepresent an association with, or endorsement by, Nolmark.

We may restrict access where use appears abusive or harmful to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nolmark is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its outputs — including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The specific liability cap and exclusions appropriate to Nolmark’s jurisdiction and insurance position require legal review before being stated here.

Governing law and the forum for disputes are not stated in this document. This clause is flagged for owner and legal confirmation and should be completed before the terms are relied upon.

We may update these terms as the website evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
